Professional Tennis Instruction

Featuring

*Comparative Stroke Analysis

*Slow-motion Video Stroke Analysis

*Lesson Reviews (Logs) E-mailed to Every Student

(complete with any pictures we may have taken during that lesson!)

  *Comparative Stroke Analysis

  • Comparative stroke analysis using photos of you and professionals to illustrate areas where mechanical improvement can be made.  Below is an example of a student and "pro" comparison photo shot and the accompanying instructional analysis below the pictures. (Im using my own picture in this example, as this website does not allow the use of current or past playing professionals :)

"Note your open racket face, and the closed face in the second photo.  Note the need for more hip turn and loading of the lower body."

*Slow Motion Video Analysis On Court

The majority of tennis students learn better "visually" rather than verbally.  That is why at the Home Court, I use video stroke analysis regularly so that you get visual feedback on each of the techniques that you're working so hard on improving.  This will allow you to go out and immediately integrate the proper techniques into your mechanics.  I also have an extensive library of professional player pictures that we will use to illustrate what adjustments we're looking to make.

*Lesson Reviews (Logs) E-mailed to Every Student

After each lesson, I will write a lesson review detailing what we worked on and the things you should practice in the interim between lessons.  This is your Personal Lesson Log.   I will often times post the pictures we took in your session right to your lesson review - and you will receive that review right into your e-mail.

Each player I teach receives a "Lesson Log" that will be e-mailed to you after every lesson detailing what was covered in the lesson, what & how to work on the improvements that were taught, plus any other positive tips that you can use in your next match or training session.
